Attendance and access control
Every paid hour is a justified hour.
FATAC connects your biometric terminals to a single web platform. You see who is present, on which site and in which zone, to the minute. Hours outside the schedule only count once approved by the manager.

What FATAC changes
Fewer disputed hours, more discipline, controlled access.
A terminal that clocks people in is not enough. Every clock-in must be linked to a person, a zone and a schedule, and someone must answer for every gap.
Payroll
You pay for time actually worked
FATAC counts time spent in the work zone during scheduled hours. The rest waits for the supervisor's approval, beforehand or afterwards. Overtime and night allowances follow your rules.
Discipline
Lateness shows the same day
Lateness, absences and out-of-zone movements are reported as they happen. Managers deal with gaps the same day, not at month end when payroll is due.
Security
People only go where they are allowed
A terminal controls each zone. Visitors get a card limited to the zones of their visit, deactivated when they leave. A forced door or one left open triggers an alert.
How it works
Three layers, from terminal to dashboard.
Clock-ins flow from the site to the platform. If the power or the connection goes down, nothing is lost: everything resumes as soon as the network is back.
1
One terminal per zone
Each zone (workshop, warehouse, server room) has its biometric terminal, with fingerprint or facial recognition. It keeps its clock-ins in memory, even offline.
Fingerprint or facial recognition · badge · TCP/IP or RS232/RS485
2
An agent on each site
A small service installed on a computer on site drives all the terminals. It sends every clock-in in real time and automatically retrieves what happened during an outage.
Windows service · automatic restart · weekly synchronisation
3
One platform for all your sites
HR, managers and security work in the browser: attendance by site and zone, visitors, hours to approve, reports, payroll export.
Web · multi-site · user profiles and rights
Features
Everything you need to manage attendance across several sites.
Multi-site, multi-terminal
All your sites on one platform, with a consolidated view for management and a local view for each manager.
Zones and doors
Remote unlocking, time slots, alerts when a door is forced or left open.
Managed visitors
Card activated only for the zones of the visit, identity recorded at reception, card deactivated everywhere on exit.
Off-schedule hours approved
The supervisor authorises in advance or regularises afterwards. Until then, the time is seen but not counted.
Overtime and night allowances
Totals by employee and by department, alert thresholds, and checks on the limits set by labour law.
Outage-proof
Terminals keep clocking people in during a power or network outage. The agent retrieves everything on reconnection.
Enrol once
A person enrolled on one terminal is copied to all terminals on the site. A replaced terminal reloads in one click.
Access cut instantly
A departure or suspension removes access on all terminals, reversibly if the person returns.
Reports and payroll export
Reports on demand, and justified time sent to your payroll software by file or by API.
Biometric data
Your employees' biometric data never leaves your site.
The law strictly regulates biometric data. FATAC keeps it in a local vault, on the site where it was captured. The platform only receives clock-ins and identifiers, never a fingerprint or a face.
You get centralised tracking without exposing sensitive data outside the country.
